And well, I mean. The thing is that I am not a "trap"/"femboy"/etc. I am trans. I have been taking hormones for the last 3 years and I dedicated those last years to bettering myself to try to reach my goal which is to reach my OWN physical perfection (not saying I am perfect, just that I want to reach MY perfection) and live completely as a girl (which I have been doing for the last 2.5 years). But I stopped as I have some joint problems or something. I go three times a week (monday, wednesday, friday) alternating A and B day
A : 3x8 romanian deadlifts, 3x10 barbell glute bridges, 3x8 leg extensions, 3x12 calf raises, 3x12 abs
B : 3x5 bench press, 3x5 Overhead press, 2x5 lat pulldowns, 2x8 biceps, 3x8 abs
That's a routine I made up myself as I can't do the ones I used to do (with squats and deadlifts, god I miss them) cause of something that makes my knees hurt (maybe it's all the drugs I did, or maybe it's a genetic problem, idk, docs didn't figure it out) All of that with heavy weights (used to squat 80kg and deadlift 85, strength of a biological woman now that I am so deep into mones)

Because you are correct, it typically takes much, much longer to see the results I have been getting. Even before hrt I had some of the symptoms listed in under common intersex conditions.
