I'm way happier on HRT, but I also have bad dysphoria. Honestly I'd recommend that if you don't have dysphoria and enjoy being a femboy, to not take HRT. You may actually end up giving yourself dysphoria if you start transitioning just for the sake of a more feminine aesthetic.
That being said if you want to just get some more feminine traits while still staying in femboy mode, I have heard people microdosing estrogen just to give you small increases that can do some of what you're talking about. You could also take finasteride, which would help to contain body hair as well as helping to prevent hair loss (you look kinda young so starting early on that is a good idea just in case). It also works as a light anti-androgen so it will help to lessen further masculinization without causing full troon out.
>Tldr; if you enjoy being a femboy then I don't really think HRT is good for you, but you could do workouts/supplements/medication to enhance feminine aspects without going full troon.

Yeah I can understand that. I used to think I was ok with only being a trap but tbh it was just cope because I was too scared of people's reactions and was terrified thinking "what if I'm wrong". I don't worry about that anymore, HRT has been amazing for my mental health, because a lot of my issues are caused or impacted greatly by dysphoria.
You could diet and do workouts that give you a more fem body, take some stuff to keep hair growing on your head and not your body, and take supplements that help increase estrogen production. I think there's an infographic somewhere that's like "how to get/maintain trap aesthetics without hrt", I used to have it but maybe a different anon has it. It had workouts/diets/etc for all of that. But I wouldn't recommend HRT for you if you don't absolutely need it.
